In the spring of 1973 four African American golfers started a minority golf club. Today the club is appoximatly 60 diverse golfers from the Michiana area, playing 14 competive weeks at Erskine golf course in South Bend, Indiana.
Members also play other courses other than the 9 holes on league night as well as end of the season scramble and picnic. The club sponsors a two day tournament, proceeds benefit the Par Putters Scholarship fund and local philanthropic organizations.
